I cannot say enough about how amazing the house was! Michael and his wife Baylie were absolutely the best ever! They put a lot of effort into making sure our stay was awesome. We stayed for 2 days and left feeling like we made new friends. They went out of their way to accommodate us.

I had such a great stay at this Fayetteville tiny home! It was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The attention to detail really stood out; from the thoughtful touches inside to the peaceful setting outside. The location was perfect, close to everything but still felt private and relaxing. Communication with the host was easy and friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Tiny Amp House was really cute and as pictured. We were there for UArk Homecoming weekend and found the home to have everything we needed for a 2 night stay. We watched TV in the separate Movie room and it was cozy. The kitchen had a fridge and a coffee maker, really all we needed! The house is close to the cute downtown and made getting around really easy.

We had a wonderful time! The outdoor area was a blast and we loved watching the projector with the kids at night after a long day out. This is a great spot! Thank you to our hosts!

Our work crew enjoyed their stay. They remarked on how comfortable the beds were and that the neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. They noted they worked too late and were too tired to utilize the hot tub, but liked the yurt a lot. They said they would recommend it to anyone who needs to stay in the area. Michael was easy to work with and very responsive. My team and I appreciate his hospitality.

Stayed with 8 people! Plenty of room for all of us, played the games in the garage we actually hung out in the yurt! I could not keep my 5 year old out of the hot tub. As for my bed in the master bedroom it was very comfortable, very easy to get anywhere, very happy with the stay!

This is definitely a special little spot located very close to downtown Fayetteville. We enjoyed all of the things it had to offer. The hosts were extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. Thanks so much!

This place was amazing. We were there for a weekend of riding bikes with friends and checking out the town. It was very close to the bikes trails and downtown. We were able to ride everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed the fire pit! Michael was quick to respond and sent messages daily asking if we needed anything. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Michael has a beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. Absolutely loved everything and I felt at home the whole time. Michael was very responsive and helpful with everything, will definitely be booking again.

Great central spot for everything NW Arkansas has to offer. Came in for a football game and was super easy to get downtown and to the campus/stadium area. Excellent hosts who are on top of everything for your stay. I will definitely be staying again if I come back to the area.
