Great central spot for everything NW Arkansas has to offer. Came in for a football game and was super easy to get downtown and to the campus/stadium area. Excellent hosts who are on top of everything for your stay. I will definitely be staying again if I come back to the area.

Lovely space!!! Had plenty of space for my guest and I, and we loved the area. Peaceful environment, and we’d love to stay again! The hosts were wonderful!!! So responsive and they were very kind.

My friends and I had a great stay at Michael’s place! He was super responsive & helpful. We really enjoyed the hot tub & the peaceful area for a morning walk! Would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at the airbnb for a local wedding and we were very happy with the airbnb. Our hosts were extremely friendly and quick with checking in on us to ensure we were enjoying our time. I would most definitely rent this airbnb again.

The hosts were exceptional! Great location, clean, safe.The games, entertainment and hot tub provided are a nice touch. Nice bonus for this area. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Home had everything we needed and more.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. The host was very responsive and made check-in super easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of space for the 7 of us. The location was perfect—close to campus, shopping, and even a great coffee shop (Onyx). Would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time! Enjoyed the amenities: the hot tub, the fire pit, beautiful, luxurious home! Would recommend this place to anyone who wishes to have a weekend or a week getaway. The hosts were great! They even sent instructions on how to turn on tv, hot tub, etc! Never had to wonder or worry what to do. Instructions were so very helpful! Absolutely wonderful visit! Will definitely be back again!
