We absolutely loved our stay!! Michael and Baylie were both very responsive and helpful to our questions. We loved that it was so close to Coler Park, the hot tub and game room were a huge hit for the kids, and the layout of the house is great. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This house was homey and welcoming! The beds were super comfy. The backyard was great w the fire pit, frisbee golf hole, and a hot tub. Boys loved the garage with all the games!

Michael and Bailey were wonderful! Everything about our stay was very easy and comfortable due to their clear and detailed instructions. Communication with them was superb as well. Without a doubt, would stay here again.

This place was so beautiful and such a good retreat from a busy life. Loved all the board games they had and the hot tub was definitely a highlight! Situated right next to a cute park as well

We had a wonderful stay while celebrating my daughter's 10th birthday with a couple of friends. Those girls were completely entertained from the moment we checked in and had the absolute best time. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and responsive which made things so much easier on us. The house was clean, quiet, and matched the pictures on the listing. I would 100% recommend this place-especially for the price!

What a great space!!! It was pristine and comfortable. I loved all the extra amenities — hot tub, spa, cooking spices, games. It was wonderful. All the comforts of home. We were in Fayetteville to visit our college age son. We were able to make dinner on the grill, hang out in the hot tub and relax as a family. It is an easy drive to campus without being in the noise and hubbub of Dickson Street. The host was wonderful and quick to answer any questions. I would absolutely recommend this place and we would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet location while still being close to town. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the hosts were very attentive. Would recommend this stay to friends & family!

Talk about a beautiful area and property. It’s in a private neighborhood which gives a good sense of security. Enjoyed our time here and appreciate the responsiveness of the host. Would book again.

Highly recommend booking if your looking to be in the best location in Fayetteville! At the corner of a quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from great food!! We enjoyed the front deck, the back yard and the living room space this mini mansion has to offer. The loft bed was COMFORTABLE! The host were great at communicating information we would need for our stay and answered my questions quickly! Great recommendations for food and things to do nearby in the welcome packet also! I’ll be checking out another property Michael has on our next stay NWA!
