Michael’s place was perfect for the 5 of us. He was very responsive. We were there for a graduation so we didn’t hangout in B’ville much. Would definitely stay here again.

Michael and Baylie are excellent hosts. Super communicative, quick to respond, and so friendly. The house was spotless, the game garage is SO fun, and the backyard is a wonderful hang out. We will absolutely be back. 10/10.

Our travelers enjoyed their stay! The house was exactly as listed. The hosts were very responsive, and their directions were easy to follow. Our group travels quite a bit, and they truly enjoyed their stay in Bentonville.

The place was beautiful and relaxing. Our kids loved the downstairs area with bunk beds and access to the game room. It was clean and the hosts were incredibly responsive with any questions. Quick access to town with wonderful local amenities for a low key vacation.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! Our favorite part was the scenic views the balcony provided! This is a great option if you are looking from privacy but with close proximity to downtown access.

We enjoyed a peaceful long weekend. The area was quiet, but very convenient to UArk, breweries, etc. The ping pong table and hot tub were great additions to our weekend. Michael and Baylie were very responsive and easy to work with!

We had a wonderful few days in Rogers, and our accommodations were perfect for a family of 4. The space was SO clean upon arrival, and the setting in the trees is beautiful. The location is great for being near the lake as well as close to the downtown. The hosts communicated clearly in advance and were highly responsive! Don’t hesitate to rent this place!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean and had plenty of room! We enjoyed the hot tub and the game room immensely! Michael and all hosts were very responsive and super friendly. I don’t think I’ve ever had a host communicate as quickly as these hosts did and this made our stay go very smoothly. We would definitely love to stay in an Air BnB that Michael hosts again sometime.

My boys and I had the most perfect “staycation”! We live close by but saw the game room the hot tub the yurt and we had an absolute blast! Would definitely stay here again!!!
